UCBPL is exclusively engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of empty hard gelatin capsules and hard gelatin capsules in a wide range of sizes (#000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5). Our production is being developed in phases, with manufacturing currently initiated for sizes #2 and #0. These empty shells are produced under controlled conditions to ensure consistency, strength, and quality.
Once a specific color shade is developed for a customer, it is assigned a unique code and accurately reproduced for repeat orders, ensuring uniformity across batches. We have earned strong recognition globally for the export and manufacturing of hard gelatin capsules, serving customers in India and various international markets.
Customers also have the option to choose printed gelatin capsules with customized text or logos. Printing can be done in a wide variety of colors to enhance visual appeal and brand identification. These value-added services help pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies protect their products from counterfeiting and forged drugs.
All capsule sizes, ranging from size “00” to “5”, can be printed in linear or circular orientations, with single or multi-color printing options as per customer requirements.
